Our Light Brahma flock is currently laying very well with excellent fertility rates. We are really excited to have our own Fox Lane “Thor” standing as our primary breeding cock with the hens. Thor boasts tremendous height, width and should mature a good 15 lbs at least. He is the epitome of a gentleman and has the goofiest run (just like his father did). Our pen has four beautiful hens, all at full maturity. As a group, they offer great size and a respectful width from their skull right through to their tails. We look forward to adding a couple of young pullets hatched late last fall that are showing tremendous promise!

Our Standard Dark Brahma group has developed incredibly through 2023 season. Our Dark Brahma cock, Fox Lane Sniper, is the definition of class. His kind demeanour, friendly approach and natural instinct to protect make him a fantastic guy to have around! Sniper has average size for the breed at his current 1 year birthday. Sniper already has sons and daughters in the growout pen that look great. We are really excited to watch how he transmits in the hens.
Our breeding pen consists of 5 hens who have begun laying following a Fall moult/break in the recent weeks. Fertility is good within the group and we have begun to make hatching eggs available.
