One of my favourites.
Our Light Brahma flock is currently taking a break, with the odd egg laid here and there. These ladies are having a well-deserved rest after a tremendous 2022 breeding season. We saw eggs shipped to both Western Canada, Quebec and the Maritimes throughout the hatching season.
Our Light Brahma cock, Sven (pictured left) has done a lot of filling out over the Fall and Winter. He’s weighing in at about 16 lbs currently! He has a lovely personality and is very gentle. Sven comes from the Dave Stuart line of quality, well-bred Brahma.
We have some grow outs from the 2022 (late) season that we anxiously await! If anything, Brahma have taught me a solid lesson in patience.
